Bio Blog Field Study

October 17  3:36 pm  The climate conditions where cloudy and windy  It was 68 degrees with a feels like of 61 because of the wind gust  3 hour and 22 minutes till sunset and 7 hour and 35 minutes after sunrise  I saw a squirrel, deer, long legged bird. I felt the crunch of dead leaves under my feet. I heard many leaves rustling in the wind.  The leaves on the trees have slowly stared to change colors to yellows and oranges.  I noticed that coming in the later afternoon it tends to be when more animals are visible.  I wonder if there are any fish in the pond I have been observing? Is all the algae in the pond an invasive species? 

 October 6  present climate conditions - slight breeze with some clouds overhead  temp 75 degrees  time of day 5:16 pm  time to-  sunrise 9 hours and 47 minutes past  sunset 2 hours and 14 minutes before  changes noticed - the grass was much dryer and a lot less green. I also noticed that on the tree that has fallen there are less leaves  organisms sensed- while I was there I saw  You could definitely feel that the air was heavier and it would start to rain soon. It was also noticeable that there where more leaves and dried out grass I could feel and hear crunch under my feet.  observations: I noticed that my location as a whole was much dryer and you can tell its getting closer to  Note- I did not realize I had the same shirt on both times I did my field study as last time.

 Date September 20 ,2025 at 12:25 pm   There was a slight wind and it was partly cloudy  temp 66 degrees   4 hours and 55 minutes after sunrise  4 hours and 45 minutes before sunset  There where several geese in the pond as I approached my spot however they left before I could take any pictures. you could also hear several birds around (not birds I recognized).  There where not a ton of changes since the last time I visited however I did notice that they seemed to be a lot more algae then before.  One question I wondered about was: There where a lot of the same plant (same as I sketched) that seem to be growing but I can figure out what it is?  NOTE - I HAD TO SWITCH MY SPOT FOR MY SAME SPOT PICTURE. SO IT IS DIFFRENT THEN BEFORE.

 Date 8/29/2025 time of day 12:52 pm  climate 63 degrees partly cloudy and slightly windy  length of day-  6 hours past sunrise  7 hours before sunset  Observations -  This was my first time going out to my field study location. As I sat there there was a slight wind but overall it was a quite plsent day with little cloud cover. As my location is close to a horse barn/ horse fields you could hear the sounds of distant horses moving aswell as some birds making some noise.
